In the halls of one of the buildings on the University of North Dakota campus students who oppose removing the "Fighting Sioux" mascot name added their comments in poster form. The university of North Dakota officials said the name will remain. American students tribal leaders and supporters have argued against the mascot name for years. A wealthy university alumnus, Ralph Englestad, threatened to pull funding for a new hockey arena, that will bear his name, if the school's nickname changed.
